With more than forty years of experience in personal and spiritual development, Susan helps people remember who they truly are and reclaim the joy of being themselves. Her work is both gentle and profound — a return to wholeness, a celebration of truth, and a homecoming to the soul.

Enjoy lunch Friday and Saturday as well as light refreshments (sparkling and still water, tea, and coffee) and snacks throughout the event.

What is the BE Experience?
BE Experience is a 2.5-day transformational workshop designed to help you fully step into being who you are called to be. You’ll break free from patterns that no longer serve you, embody your authentic self, and play bigger in life — personally and professionally. When you recognize who you are, you are free to live your life of enchanted play.
Who is the BE Experience for?
This experience is for individuals who are ready to release old patterns, connect to their truth, and live in alignment with who they are designed to be. Whether you’re a leader, entrepreneur, creative, or seeker of personal growth, BE Experience invites you to show up fully as yourself — seen, heard, and DeLight.
What happens during the event?
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll move through three powerful pillars:
• Be Seen – Understand how the colors you wear can make it difficult to connect with you, and learn to use your personalized color palette to have your soul be seen.
• Be Heard – Discover your Heart’s Virtues — the words that have your soul be heard.
• Be DeLight – Explore how you are inherently designed to live with ease and make decisions that allow you to be your best self rather than live by default.
You’ll also receive 25 minutes of private one-on-one time with Susan during the event for personal guidance and reflection.

What is the event schedule?
Thursday 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Where is the event held?
The BE Experience takes place in Carefree, Arizona.
The Thursday evening “Free to Be Me” Sunset Soirée is poolside at Susan’s home in Carefree.
What is the cost to attend?
The full investment for the BE Experience is $1,497.
You may reserve your space with a $500 deposit, with the balance due 30 days before the event.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once your balance has been paid in full.
You may transfer your registration up to two times to a future BE Experience.
What if I’m unable to attend after I’ve registered?
If you’ve paid in full and need to change your plans, your registration can be transferred to a future BE Experience. Transfers are limited to a total of two per participant.
Is lodging or travel included?
Lodging and travel are not included in the registration fee.
After you register, you’ll receive details and recommendations for nearby accommodations to make your stay comfortable and easy.
A select few participants may choose to upgrade for the opportunity to stay at the Kerby Residence during the event for an additional fee.

What happens during the event?
Bring your open heart, curiosity, and willingness to play.
You’ll also want to bring a journal to capture insights, reflections, and personal revelations throughout the weekend.
Dress comfortably — and be ready to explore color, expression, and delight.
You may also wish to leave extra space in your suitcase in case you choose to make any purchases while on a Friday afternoon field trip.
All materials for exercises will be provided for you at the event.
Will there be meals provided?
Yes. Meals and refreshments are lovingly provided throughout the weekend:
• Thursday evening: Dinner served during the Free to Be Me Sunset Soirée
• Friday: Light breakfast and lunch provided
• Saturday: Light breakfast provided
• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the event
Participants will be responsible for their own meals during the Friday afternoon field trip.
Can I come with a friend or colleague?
Absolutely. Anyone is welcome to attend the BE Experience.
Space is limited to 12 participants and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Many participants choose to attend with a friend or loved one. Each person must register individually to ensure personal materials and one-on-one time with Susan are prepared in advance.
Do I need any prior experience?
No previous experience is required — only a willingness to discover who you are and live from that truth. BE Experience meets you exactly where you are.
What happens after the BE Experience?
Many participants choose to continue their journey through SPEAK Mentorship, where they deepen their message and learn to share their truth with the world.
